Shipping and Returns
All orders are subject to delays, with up to a 1-2 week turnaround time.
Our carrier is - USPS
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on weight and location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you change your mind.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
If an item goes on back order we will contact you immediately. You will have the option to change your order or wait until the item gets restocked.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 1 weeks of receiving your purchase.
- Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # and provide a mailing address for your return.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
All longboards must be in new condition for valid return. If it has been skated on it will not be accepted.
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
